At the request of Senator Dean Smith, I move:

That there be laid on the table by the Minister representing the Treasurer, by no later than midday on Monday, 25 November 2024, all written or digital correspondence, advice, briefing notes, file notes, meeting notes, meeting agendas or minutes, or other records of interaction from 2 July 2024 to 15 November 2024 between the Treasury and the Assistant Minister for Competition, Charities and Treasury or his office in relation to the Tax Laws Amendment (Incentivising Food Donations to Charitable Organisations) Bill 2024.
