Pursuant to notice given on 21 November 2024 on behalf of the Standing Committee for the Scrutiny of Delegated Legislation, I withdraw two items: firstly, business of the Senate notice of motion No. 2 for five sitting days after today proposing the disallowance of the Therapeutic Goods (Vaping Goods—Possession and Supply) Determination 2024 and, secondly, business of the Senate notice of motion No. 1 for seven sitting days after today proposing the disallowance of the Therapeutic Goods (Vaping Goods—Possession and Supply) Amendment Determination 2024.
