On behalf of the Standing Committee for the Scrutiny of Delegated Legislation, I give notice of my intention, at the giving of notices on the next day of sitting, to withdraw business of the Senate notice of motion No. 1 for 13 sitting days after today proposing the disallowance of the Therapeutic Goods Legislation Amendment (Vaping Reforms) Regulations 2024.
