On behalf of the Chair of the Legal and Constitutional Affairs Committee, Senator Payne, I present an interim report of the committee on its inquiry into the provisions of the Corporations (Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander) Bill 2005 and seek leave to move a motion in relation to the report.
