At the request of the Chair of the Rural and Regional Affairs and Transport Committee (Senator Heffernan), I move:

That the time for the presentation of reports of the Rural and Regional Affairs and Transport Committee be extended as follows:

(a)

water policy initiatives—to 5 December 2006; and

(b)

Australia’s future oil supply—to 7 December 2006.
