That the following matter be referred to the Rural and Regional Affairs and Transport Committee for inquiry and report by 10 May 2007: The impacts of the Trade Practices (Horticulture Code of Conduct) Regulations 2006 on growers, wholesalers, retailers and consumers, and whether the regulations should be amended, disallowed or retained.
