During question time I sought a response from Minister O’Connor’s office in respect of Senator Siewert’s question. I am advised that in respect of the UES, the universal employment service, it is a live tender process and it is completely inappropriate for the government to discuss or speculate on who may or may not be a tenderer for that. I suspected that was the case in my primary answer and I am advised that is in fact the case.
