I ask Senator Ludwig, representing the Minister for Broadband, Communications and the Digital Economy, Senator Conroy, if he could inform the Senate when the government intends to comply with the Senate’s order for the production of a document setting out the circumstances surrounding the appointment of Mr Mike Kaiser as an executive of NBN Co., a production which was due by 10 am today.
