The role of liquidators and administrators, their fees and their practices, with particular reference to:

(a)

the role and practices of liquidators and administrators and associated companies including, accounting and law firms, prior to and following the collapse of a business; and

(b)

the involvement and activities of the Australian Securities and Investments Commission following the collapse of a business.
