Senator McEwen to replace Senator Carol Brown on the Community Affairs Legislation Committee for the consideration of the 2009-10 additional estimates from 10 to 12 February 2010;

(b)

Senator McLucas replace Senator Marshall on the Legal and Constitutional Affairs Legislation Committee for the consideration of the 2009-10 additional estimates on 8 and 9 February 2010; and

(c)

Senator Siewert to replace Senator Ludlam on the Legal and Constitutional Affairs References Committee for the committee’s inquiry into the review of government compensation payments, and Senator Ludlam be appointed as a participating member of the committee.
