I move:

That consideration of government business order of the day no. 1, Building and Construction Industry Improvement Amendment (Transition to Fair Work) Bill 2009, be postponed till after consideration of the government business order of the day relating to the Crimes Legislation Amendment (Serious and Organised Crime) Bill 2009 and a related bill, and government business order of the day no. 3, Education Services for Overseas Students Amendment (Re-registration of Providers and Other Measures) Bill 2009.
