For the information of senators, I present Orders from the Court of Disputed Returns:

(a)

withdrawing the election petition in respect of the matter of Hawkins v Abetz; and

(b)

remitting the election petition in respect of the matter Peebles v Rhiannon and Others to the Federal Court of Australia.
