At the request of the Chair of the Select Committee on the Scrutiny of New Taxes, Senator Cormann, I move:

That the Select Committee on the Scrutiny of New Taxes be authorised to hold a private meeting otherwise than in accordance with stand­ing order 33(1) during the sitting of the Senate on Thursday, 23 June 2011, from 3.30 pm.
