At the request of Senator Abetz, I move:

That the provisions of the Road Safety Remuneration Bill 2011 and the Road Safety Remuneration (Consequential Amendments and Related Provisions) Bill 2011 be referred to the Education, Employment and Workplace Relations Legislation Committee for inquiry and report by 10 May 2012.
