At the request of Senator Xenophon, I move:

That the Joint Select Committee on Gambling Reform be authorised to hold private meetings otherwise than in accordance with standing order 33(1) during the sittings of the Senate, from 4 pm, as follows:

  (a)   on Tuesday, 18 September 2012;

  (b)   on Tuesday, 9 October 2012;

  (c)   on Tuesday, 30 October 2012; and

  (d)   on Tuesday, 27 November 2012.
