by leave—On behalf of Senator Cameron, I move that the amended terms of reference of the Joint Select Committee on Broadcasting Legislation be transmitted to the House of Representatives for concurrence:

That the resolution of the Senate of 14 March 2013 relating to the terms of reference of the Joint Select Committee on Broadcasting Legislation be amended by omitting paragraph 16 and substituting as follows:

The committee may report from time to time but that it make a final report no later than 24 June 2013.
