I seek leave to amend General Business Notice of Motion No. 252 before seeking to have the motion taken as a formal motion.

I amend the motion by omitting, in paragraph (a) '15 July' and substituting '1 September' and move:

That the time for the presentation of reports of the Community Affairs References Committee be extended, as follows:

(a) speech pathology services—to 1 September 2014; and

(b) Australia's healthcare system—to 8 August 2014.
