Questions without Notice: Additional Answers

In relation to an answer taken on notice to a question from Senator Pratt in question time yesterday, I can inform the senator and the chamber that, according to an analysis by Collins and Lapsley published in 2008, smoking kills around 15,000 Australians each year and costs society and the economy $1.5 billion.
