That will be plenty of time, Mr President. On 13 May 2014 the committee gave notice to disallow this instrument while it sought further information from the Minister for Industry relating to the prescribing of matters by legislative rules. Although the matter remains unresolved, the committee has agreed to withdraw the notice, noting the assistance received to date from the minister and the First Parliamentary Counsel in relation to the committee's inquiries. The committee will continue to report on this matter through its sitting week reports in the delegated legislative monitor.
