As no amendments to the bill have been circulated, I shall call the minister to move the third reading unless any senator requires that the bill be considered in Committee of the Whole.

I just want to make it clear and put it on the record that the Greens will not be dividing on this because of the hour of the day. But I want to make it clear that we do oppose this bill—the second reading and the third reading. We will not be bothering to move amendments because we think the bill should not exist.

I move:
That this bill be read a third time.
Question agreed to.
Bill read a third time.
