I seek leave to move a motion relating to the consideration of legislation on Wednesday 12 August 2015. I indicate to the chamber that this is to facilitate a vote during government business in relation to the Food Standards Amendment (Fish Labelling) Bill 2015) of Senator Xenophon.

I move:

That—

(a) the vote on the second reading of general business order of the day no. 62 (Food Standards Amendment (Fish Labelling) Bill 2015) be taken at the commencement of business on Wednesday, 12 August 2015; and

(b) any remaining questions relating to the bill be put by no later than 10 am.
