I assume, Mr President, I may be at liberty to move that the bill be read a third time.

I will make a few observational comments and continue what I said. I was making some points on David Ricardo, William Gladstone and Adam Smith. I think it is important that we constantly restate that the benefits of trade are not one way. The benefits of trade are supported by the liberal movement, are supported by people on this side of politics and once, many, many years ago, were supported by members of the Labor Party when they contributed, with the support of the coalition, to opening up Australia. I commend the bill to the Senate and move:
That this bill be now read a third time.
Question agreed to.
Bill read a third time.
