That the Senate calls on the Federal Government and the board of the Northern Australia Infrastructure Facility to not hand over public funds to prop up the Adani Carmichael coal mine project.

The Northern Australia Infrastructure Facility is an independent board that cannot be directed under the terms of its act to fund a project. It is currently not assessing any submission that is a Carmichael coalmine project.
