I would like to thank all senators who've contributed to the debate on these appropriation bills. These bills seek authority from the parliament to top up the annual appropriations provided at budget time to meet the net costs of estimates variations and policy initiatives announced since that time. Details of these bills were examined in the usual way at Senate additional estimates hearings held in late February and early March 2018. I would like to thank the Senate, and in particular the opposition, for working constructively with the government to ensure the passage of this bill before the reporting date from the committee on this occasion. We acknowledge that this does not set a precedent for the passage of future bills. With those few words, I commend the bill.
