Pursuant to standing order 78(1) I give notice of my intention at the giving of the notices on the next day of sitting to withdraw business of the Senate notice of motion No. 2 standing in my name, proposing that Marine Order 47 (Offshore industry units) 2019 made under the Navigation Act 2012 be disallowed.
