Can I just deal with one brief housekeeping matter. As senators are aware, the temporary order agreed to last year means that no divisions can take place between 6.30 and 7.30 tonight. I understand that it suits the convenience of the Senate for the discussion on the matter of public importance from Senator Siewert to be held tonight between 6.30 and 7.30, and this has been discussed between whips and managers. So, with the concurrence of the Senate, it is so ordered.
