I move:

(1) That the time for the presentation of the final report of the Joint Select Committee on Australia's Family Law System be extended to 30 June 2021.

(2) That a message be forwarded to the House of Representatives seeking the concurrence of the House in this variation to the resolution of appointment of the committee.
