When we think of Africa we think of colour, we think of majestic landscapes, we think of energy and generosity. This weekend the Western Australian African community will celebrate the vibrant diaspora they have in Western Australia at their gala awards night. I'm disappointed I won't be able to attend. I thank them for the invitation and I wish them all the very best for a night of celebration, colour, energy and enthusiasm.
