I will now deal with the amendments circulated by the Australian Greens on sheet 1521. The question is that schedules 2, 3 and 4 stand as printed.

The Australian Greens oppose d schedules 2, 3 and 4 in the following terms—

(3) Schedule 2, page 4 (lines 1 to 10), to be opposed.

(4) Schedule 3, page 5 (lines 1 to 9), to be opposed.

(5) Schedule 4, page 6 (line 1) to page 7 (line 12), to be opposed.

Question agreed to.

The question now is that amendments (1) and (2) on sheet 1521 be agreed to.

Australian Greens' circulated amendments

(1) Clause 2, page 2 (table item 2), omit "Schedules 1 and 2", substitute "Schedule 1".

(2) Clause 2, page 2 (table item 3), omit "Schedules 3 to 6", substitute "Schedules 5 and 6".

Question negatived.
