Pursuant to standing order 78(1), Senator Tyrrell and I give notice of our intention at the giving of notices on the next sitting day to withdraw business of the Senate notice of motion No. 1 standing in our names for that day, proposing the disallowance of the Financial Framework Supplementary Powers Amendment (Prime Minister and Cabinet's Portfolio Measures No. 2) Regulations 2022 made under the Financial Framework (Supplementary Powers) Act 1997.
