McALLISTER (—) (): I table an addendum to the explanatory memorandum relating to the Greenhouse and Energy Minimum Standards Amendment (Administrative Changes) Bill 2023. The addendum responds to matters raised by the Scrutiny of Bills Committee. In tabling it, can I thank the committee for their constructive engagement on this matter.
