I would like to take a point of order in relation to Senator Hanson-Young's amendment. I'm quite happy for this to be taken on notice and considered overnight. Senator Scarr, resume your seat. I'm getting advice from the Clerk that the motion has already been moved and that this is not an appropriate point in the program.
