Pursuant to notice given this morning, 27 November 2023, on behalf of the Standing Committee for the Scrutiny of Delegated Legislation, I withdraw business of the Senate notice of motion No. 1 for today, proposing the disallowance of the Competition and Consumer (Gas Market Code) Regulations 2023.
