On Tuesday, the Joint Standing Committee on the National Capital and External Territories report was tabled by Labor Whip Senator Urquhart, titled Restoring democracy: report of the inquiry into local governance on Norfolk Island, dated November 2023. Like Senator Shoebridge, I neglected to speak to it. I seek leave to speak to that report.
