I will now put the questions on the remaining stages of the Customs Tariff Amendment (Incorporation of Proposals) Bill (No. 2) 2023. I will first deal with the second reading amendments circulated by the Australian Greens. This is on sheet 2445. The question is that the amendment on sheet 2445 be agreed to.

Greens' circulated amendment—

At the end of the motion, add ", but the Senate calls on the Government to introduce legislation to amend the Customs Act 1901 to prohibit absolutely the export of weapons and other military equipment to Israel".
