Pursuant to notice given on the last day of sitting on behalf of the Scrutiny of Delegated Legislation Committee, I withdraw business of the Senate notice of motion No. 1 for six sitting days after today, proposing the disallowance of the Biosecurity (Electronic Decisions) Determination 2023 made under the Biosecurity Act 2015.
