Our early childhood educators do life-changing, nation-building work every single day they turn up to work. Families rely on them. They make a difference in children's lives. For far too long, they've been underpaid for the incredible work that they do. No more! Thanks to an Albanese Labor government, these workers will get a 15 per cent pay increase for the nation-building work that they do.
