I move the motion as amended:

That there be laid on the table by the Minister for Foreign Affairs and the Minister representing the Minister for the Environment and Water, by no later than 9 am on Tuesday, 10 September 2024, any documentation dated from 1 October 2023 to 9 August 2024 relating to the Great Barrier Reef and the 46th Session of the United Nations World Heritage Committee (WHC), including any references to in-danger listing, held by:

(a) the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT);

(b) the Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water; and

(c) the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park Authority.
