In accordance with the resolution agreed to on 21 August, the time for the consideration of the Customs Amendment (Strengthening and Modernising Licensing and Other Measures) Bill 2024 and the Customs Licensing Charges Amendment Bill 2024 has expired. The question is that these bills be now read a second time.
