At the request of Senator Steele-John, I move:

That there be laid on the table by the Minister representing the Minister for the National Disability Insurance Scheme, by no later than midday on 17 September 2024, the analysis referenced in footnotes 1053 and 1054 of the supporting analysis on the recommendations in the final report of the independent review into the National Disability Insurance Scheme, referenced as:

(a) 'National Disability Insurance Agency, Unpublished analysis supplied by the NDIA to the NDIS Review, October 2023'; and

(b) 'NDIS Review, Analysis of unpublished data supplied by the NDIA as at 30 June 2023, October 2023'.
