I move:

That there be laid on the table by the Minister representing the Minister for the Environment and Water, by no later than midday on Tuesday, 8 October 2024:

(a) the reporter's 2022 report as mentioned in the explanatory statement from the Minister for the Environment and Water (the minister) on the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Heritage Protection (Kings Plains) Declaration 2024 (the declaration); and

(b) all correspondence between the minister, her department and the consulting groups in relation to the consultation rounds mentioned in the minister's explanatory statement on the declaration.
