On behalf of the Standing Committee for the Scrutiny of Delegated Legislation, I give notice of my intention, at the giving of notices on the next day of sitting, to withdraw business of the Senate notice of motion No. 1 for five sitting days after today, proposing the disallowance of the Recycling and Waste Reduction (Export – Paper and Cardboard) Rules 2024 made under the Recycling and Waste Reduction Act 2020.
