I move:

(1) That the Senate notes that:

(a) procedural order of continuing effect no. 23 requires that the Leader of the Government in the Senate, not later than 2 calendar months after the last day of each financial year and calendar year, table a list showing details of all orders for the production of documents made during the current Parliament which have not been complied with in full; and

(b) the Government has not tabled a list in 2024 and therefore has failed twice to comply with the order.

(2) That the Government comply with procedural order of continuing effect no. 23 by no later than 9 am Wednesday, 20 November 2024.
