I move:

That—

(a) the Senate notes that:

(i) freedom of information (FOI) 4558 made to the Therapeutics Goods Administration (TGA) requesting batch safety testing data on COVID-19 vaccines was returned fully redacted, and

(ii) the TGA has now released data covering contamination in COVID-19 vaccines after the period covered by FOI 4558; and

(b) there be laid on the table by the Minister representing the Minister for Health and Aged Care (Senator Gallagher), by no later than 10 am on Thursday, 28 November 2024, FOI 4558 without redaction other than personally identifiable information.

The question before the Senate is that general business notice of motion No. 709, standing in the name of Senator Roberts, for an order for the production of documents relating to COVID-19 vaccines be agreed to.
