I move:

(1) That there be laid on the table by the Minister representing the Attorney-General, by no later than 5 pm on 3 December 2024:

(a) a copy of the ACIL Allen report on the impact of privacy laws on business; and

(b) all briefing notes, speaking notes, emails and other correspondence regarding the publication or non-publication of the report that is held by the Attorney-General and his office and the Attorney-General's Department.

(2) That once received by the Clerk or the President, documents returned and any correspondence responding to the order shall be deemed to have been presented to the Senate, and publication of the documents is authorised.
