I move:

That there be laid on the table by the Minister representing the Minister for Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development and Local Government, by no later than 10 am on 28 November 2024, all correspondence between federal and New South Wales government representatives since 1 January 2021 to 25 November 2024 relating to the Avoca Drive upgrade project, including correspondence from:

(a) the Prime Minister (Mr Albanese);

(b) the Minister for Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development and Local Government (Ms C King);

(c) the member for Robertson (Dr Reid);

(d) the Premier of New South Wales;

(e) the New South Wales Minister for Roads; and

(f) the member for Terrigal (Mr Crouch).
