Pursuant to notice given yesterday on behalf of the Standing Committee for the Scrutiny of Delegated Legislation, I withdraw business of the Senate notice of motion No. 1 for today, proposing the disallowance of the Therapeutic Goods Legislation Amendment (Vaping Reforms) Regulations 2024.
