On behalf of the Standing Committee for the Scrutiny of Delegated Legislation, I give notice of my intention, at the giving of notices on the next day of sitting, to withdraw business of the Senate notice of motion No. 1 for 13 sitting days after today, proposing the disallowance of the National Land (Road Transport) (Parking) Rules 2024, made under the National Land (Road Transport) Ordinance 2014 [F2024L01168].
