I rise on a point of order. It is not in order for the Leader of the Opposition to tell a bald-faced lie to the chamber in the way that he has just done. I heard him say, 'You will find out about our cuts when we come to government; you will find out when we come to government.' A personal explanation should not be used to mislead and lie to the parliament.
