Under the opposition's plan Australia's income per person would be around $5,000 lower—

They can certainly throw the dodgy figures about.
Is the income per person really the same as the GNI (gross national income) which is gross domestic product (GDP) plus net receipts of primary income (employee compensation and investment income) from abroad?
The figure is inflated over 15 years with 2.5% CPI per annum. I wish I could find a spare $5000 behind the couch.
